I remembered, three months down my memory lane, i went on a holiday to my 2nd most favourite place in the world -- hongkong! I LOVE HONGKONG. and I remembered promising pictures :x

The airport of HK was just like any old other airport you can find watching any TVB series, like triumph in the skies! :) pretty! but SG one's prettier of course. and the dimsum there....BEST IN HONGKONG. gaaaahhh!

My flight leaving SG was early in the morning and we reached there around noon. The hotel we were staying at was supposedly four stars. Located in some town-y area of HK. But from the outside, you really couldn't tell. HK's great cause although they don't have snow, winter time's like air-conditioned! while ours? heat, heat, heat. more heat.

The hotel room wasn't really very big. It could only fit two single beds (or one king-sized), one pueeny red sofa, another pueeny desk, a tv and a pueeny toilet. Of course my dad flew to check out the toilet first.

These are from the view of my hotel room. HongKong in the day isn't that fascinating, but it's still pretty.
I love the fooooooooooooooooooooooood. We checked out all the roadside stalls around us :) and the MRT..crowded :/ On the first day we went exploring, then at night we met up with my mum's friends who got posted there for work. (they were both of very high post. pfft. lucky.) they drove us to Central to eat dimsum at this restaurant, it was great! and being a little frog in the big deep well, i found out even big big restaurants also got rooms to half play mahjong and half eat one okay! woohooo.

2nd day, we went out on ourselves to SHOPPING & EAT! ...and sightseeing. just a bit. AND WHAT A SPECTACULAR SIGHT WE SAW. Demonstrations! I know I seem a little "wanna die" taking pictures of these kinda things right under their noises. But demonstrations in HK are peaceful ones. and they were all shouting cantonese in such a nice, peaceful way. Unlike hokkien :P

This is the ICA building of HK! Standing there officially tells me that I've officially stepped on the place that MYS had officially been to. Of course Bosco did too, and Raymond Lam, and Benny Chan, and Ron ng, and Myolie, and everybody :)

Yet the greatest sight in HK happens in the night.

It was so PRETTY! Imagine being in Central, AT NIGHT, where all the city lights and street signboards light up your whole path. And the weather felt like air-conditioning! honestly hongkong-ers have no idea how lucky they are. I visited Temple Street and Ladies Street!

On the last night of our stay we came to this restaurant on the ground floor of our hotel. Question: what's a fancy restaurant? Nope, it's not one that fine dines anymore! It's THESE. Supposedly a seafood restaurant I guess. It ended up having really cute figurines outside! SG should, should, should have these. no, MORE of these.

That guy, to the right picture, with his hands behind his back, now that's a REAL human.

It was pretty. Everything in Hongkong's pretty. everything.

These are PART, of my loot after a 4D3N in HK. I found out how advanced HK is because their trends are way ahead of us so if you've always thought HK was outdated, take a trip there. They have AdidasStyle there, it isn't even heard of in singapore. pfft. and their ez-link's called "octopus card", HOW CUTE IS THAT.

and I remember a lot of shop owners was asking my mum, "are your daughters studying abroad?" LOLs, cause we were FLUENT-english-ing all the way and our cantonese was really bad while my both mum's one were great. So the shop owners thought we were HongKong-ers but we were studying abroad in some english-speaking countries since young. HOW COOL IS THAT.

i have to go back there some day.
