1) IP adds can be changed as and when.
2) Cbox has this IP flaw that doesn't really work very well cause I doubt they even have license to track IP adds (tell me if I'm wrong, i don't use Cbox). So IP adds can probably be made up by some robot they have in their site. Meaning none of the IP adds there are real IP adds.
3) I mean who will tag as the person and then immediately tag with your own name? That's shooting yourself in your own foot.
but anyway, it really, really, really doesn't matter anymore.
